On My Weigh!

I am a wife and a mother of five sons, one left at home. After years of being super-busy with others, I am now concentrating on getting myself as healthy as I can. I have already lost about 50 pounds since the first of the year and have many more to go.

I was doing great this year, but a few months ago "fell off the wagon" and regained some of my lost weight. I'm doing better now but need to keep myself motivated.

I do volunteer work through my church, research ...

I do volunteer work through my church, research my family tree, like to cook (well, mainly eat!) and am going to be a first-time grandmother early next year.
