GOAL: 5 to 6 kilos less me...

Hello I am polytechnic student from Scandinavia. I started to look around women in my close family sisters, mother...eating habits are what they are either too much or not enough. I wanted to make the difference not waiting the pounds to accidentally found but control my weight in healthy standards to avoid the tendency of over-weight illnesses in my genes. This project is a challenge for me to keep up doing...I have problems to quit the game easily so it is now time to show myself: I CAN DO ...

My Goals:
My BMI is now 26.7 so slightly over weight. I want to feel comfortable in my clothes. I want to get my body more balanced and wanna feel better about myself. I've lost recently 4kg so it gave me the boost to continue.

My Program:
I'm a student so money is always an issue for me...I am using excersices done home, lots of walking and I started again last week volleyball 1,5h per week and looking forward to improve my skills there.

Other Information:
Traveling sparks my life!!!
