Thanks for stopping by my page. Glad to know i am not the only one who can't cut out caffeine. Today i drank a whole pot. I used it to think through a poem I was writing to get out my feelings to God. From now on i will only count my actual water i drink and not tea or coffee. Going into a harder class next week; so keep me in prayer.
I am doing all right except for the coffee bit. I had 8 cups of regular today. I was cold after i got back from church. Trying to drink only 4-6 but it doesn't always work. Missed talking to you, otherwise i am busy with my online classes for college. In 2 weeks I will be having a regular class; this one is just an introduction to it. I know i will have to limit my time on the computer then. One of the classes is an algebra. Are you good in math? I am terrible!
Decided last week, I am going to get my PT certificate in TRX by the end of the year. Need to start studying for my general PT cert. My goal is to have a couple certs by the end of 12 weeks. Spring quarter starts at Stanford next week and I am hoping I can audit a few other course to help with my new fitness trainer goal.
I do know that I will need to reduce my normal 7-10 hrs a week down to good 20 min. crossfit sessions and a little wt. training and of course add in some stretching sessions. I also want to go back to swimming at Stanford since it is so much more gentle on my knees. Hopefully that is not too much exercise "according to Primal. I do exercise for fun as well. Love to hike!
BTW: I read online that Paleo flu can last weeks to months. I hope it doesn't last no more than a week longer. I need to get back into the gym to at least do some stuff. Been missing it.
