I CAN DO THIS!

Mom of 5 beautiful children. Lost most of my baby weight after 4th child but went back to school when she was 3 years old. And instead of running in the park, playing when they played, I studied. Gained alot of weight then got pregnant with 5, once again on bed rest for 5 months. Lost all the baby weight with this one but gained months after. I need to get this weight off for good!!! I am going to do it.

My Goals:
My goals are simple.

Goal 1: Do something everyday for my health.

Goal 2: Watch what I eat.

Goal 3; If goal 1 & 2 are not done one day that's ok do not stop. Pick myself up the next day and start again.


My Program:
I love to walk so that is included in my everyday life. I also love to swim, play racketball, basketball and go on the eliptical.

Personal Information:
I am a mom of 5 beautiful children including a baby that keeps me very busy. I also work outside the home.

I believe we can do anything we just need to try hard enough and not let anything get us down. Stress can hinder weight lost and i have learned that somethings u can change some u can't so u do what u can and deal the rest the best u can.
