My Goals:
To be 165 lbs by 6/16

To be 155 lbs by 8/19

To be 145 lbs by 10/27

My Program:
Jog for at least an hour in the morning at the park

Jog at the beach in the evening

Pilates/Yoga

Clean eating

A lower carbohydrate diet (less than 40 carbs a day)

Lean protein, super-fruits and veggies, Yummy salads.

Drink a lot more water!

Fun activities like: hiking, kayaking, swimming, dancing, camping, fishing, skiing, ice skating :)

Other Information:
Suck it up and someday you won't have to suck it in!
