I hope the new plan works for you. I've been trying to clean up our food for years; but it's hard. Three steps forward, and two steps back. But... in the long run.. there is progress. Like you, my blood work amazes my doctor. She insists I should have diabetes, high cholesterol, etc.. She says the only thing saving me is my walking. I think it's the food too. I think Sparks has helped me improve... even if it's been a slow change.
Have you tried wheat grass juice? When I feel like I've eaten too much yuck and need some cleansing, I go to the local smoothie bar and have them juice me an ounce of wheatgrass. I'll do that every few months, maybe two times in a week. Supposedly, the chlorophyl cleanses the blood. Most people think it has a bit of an aftertaste. I like it... lol. I'd drink it more often if it wasn't $1.50 a shot! 1940 days ago
