Paige! You CAN work out out like I do...you just have to start! When I initially started my journey at 391, the only thing I could do without pain was water walking and water aerobics. After that got easier (after about 3 months), I started working out on land. Initially, I could walk a very slow mile on the treadmill. With consistency and small little changes and pushes to do more difficult and strenuous exercises I've gotten to where I am...which is in no way my final destination. But I'll take it! You can too!! Just start slow and every week challenge yourself to push a little harder. Your body WILL AMAZE you!!! 1871 days ago
