I recently found out that I'm pregnant (due the end of May). So right now I'm just focusing on establishing healthy eating habits & regular exercise. I'm hopeful that eventually (post baby) that basic health care for myself will pay off with a healthy, trim, & toned body : )

My Goals:
To continue the healthy eating & exercise habits that I've recently been forming.
My Program:
healthy eating, drinking water, strength training, and cardio. 2 strength training sessions 3-6 cardio sessions at least 8 glasses of water!
Other Information:
