This sight has been an absolute motivator for me. I have only been on for one month and I love it. It has actually become my new addiction! A friend of mine has been on SP since 7/07 and is doing wonderful. I was just too darn lazy to even check it out. I finally did one day out of boredom and have since divorved my couch. It will never be the same LOL.

So many stories have motivated me to get up and move. Every winter I go through the same old rut (my couch has indents to prove it) I lay around all evening and on a good night I'll have chips and dip for dinner! By the time summer rolls around I can't fit into my summer clothes so I diet and exercise just to get back into them. And the cycle continues year after year after year. (thank god I'm too cheap to buy new clothes every year!)

I never enjoyed breakfast so most of the time I wouldn't eat until noonish if I even felt hungry. A normal breakfast was just coffee or leftovers from the night before. I have started eating a nutritious breakfast everyday and incorporate better foods throughout the day. Weekends are still tuff but I'm doing better.

I joined the swimsuit bootcamp and have been moving everyday since it started. I feel great and am starting to see improvement in how my clothes fit.

I am now more hyped up than ever to achieve my goal, stick with it and not let this year repeat itself.

My Goals:
I'd like to be more active.

I want to tone up from head to toe.

I don't eat healthy so I need to concentrate on what I'm eating.



My Program:

I enjoy mixing things up by doing different exercise videos.

I try to incorpoate walking 1-2 miles several days a week along with extra cardio.

I started using my dumbbells and other free weights for an added bonus to tone up.
