What An Amazing Journey

Today is January 6, 2011 I started my journey by joining WW on September 4, 2008 Iíve going from a size 14/16 and 188.2 lbs. This morning weighted in at 155.6 lbs. 10 lbs up from where I was the 1st week of November. "Those dam holidays" I would still like to lose 18 lbs. to reach my goal of 138 and tone up more. But I'm happy for the 1st time with my body, no matter what my scale saids.

This morning weighted in at 155.6 lbs. 10 lbs up from where I was the 1st week of November. "Those dam holidays" I would still like to lose 18 lbs. to reach my goal of 138 and tone up more. Until today Iíve climbed Mt Baldy 10, 064ft June 6, 09, and Mt Whitney 14, 501ft June 26, 09 in 17.5 hrs, did my 1st Sprint Triathlon on September 27, 09 I finished in 1:35.03 And even ran a relay marathon on December 6, 2009 6.4 miles leg two of four and did it in 59 minutes. March 2010 I ran my 1st trail Half Marathon in 2hr 27 minutes, on June 26, 2010 I did my second Sprint Triathlon and finished in 1:30 minutes (5 minutes better then my 1st) October 17 ran my 2nd HM in 2hr 18 minutes, Nov. 6 ran my second Relay Marathon 9.5 miles in 58 minutes, Ran my 3rd HM Nov 12th in 2hr 15 minutes. and on December 12 ran 13.5 miles in 2hr 2 minutes.

I have to add a thank you for all my WW, SP friends for being my my side doing my journey

I can't wait to see what 2011 Achievements I will reach and trust me I have a lot planned

September 18th. It's the 41st annual full and the 8th annual half marathon. I'm thinking of doing the half as a "first" and then doing the Surf City as my second.

I like your running schedule. Fantastic!

I'm going to do the Surf City half next February - Superbowl Sunday. It will be my first HM unless I decide to do the Maui Half this year in september. I need to celebrate turning 50 this year by running a half marathon!

You truly inspire me the way you've embraced health and fitness!

I'm doing good. I've been eating really clean and going to the gym. I am really enjoying it. I gave up WW and counting points and decided to go back to the basics. Fresh organic food! Yum! John and I are about to celebrate our 2 year anniversary and have been discussing moving in together.

I'll be watching for part 2 of the marathon story! I especially related to the bathroom part - did you take lots of anti-inflammatory before the race by any chance? I finally figured out that's what was causing my problems!!
