Hello everyone!

I am 23 years old and very out of shape. Hello everyone!

I am 23 years old and very out of shape. I have a desk job and I also decorate cakes on the weekends which do not help with keeping weight off. 15 months ago I gave birth to my beautiful daughter but I had a lot of complications with my pregnancy including gestational diabetes and pre-eclampsia (high blood pressure). The doctors have now determined that even though I had high blood pressure when I was pregnant that it was a pre existing condition that I continue to have until this day. I was also told that due to having gestational diabetes I am at a higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

I want to be healthier not only for my daughter but for myself as well. I have already lost 10 pounds through healthy eating but I am ready to lose the other 40 and have just recently started working with a personal trainer. I am looking forward to a new healthy happy me before the end of 2013!

My Goals:
I would like to lose 40-50 pounds and learn to live a healthier life.

My Program:
Tuesday: 1 hour crossfit class
Wednesday: Personal Training and 30 minutes of cardio
Thursday: 1 hour Zumba!
Friday: Personal Training and Cardio for 30 mins
Saturday: Either Kisado or Crossfit for 1 hour
Sunday: Break.. whew!
Monday: Break or some cardio if I am feeling up to it.

Personal Information:
I have a desk job during the day full time as an legal assistant. I also decorate cakes in the evenings and on the weekends. I think my biggest challenge is going to be to not eat the leftover cake batter/buttercream.
