Hi-Def adds 20 pounds

Getting healthy in a hi-def world! I'm ready to really get healthy, I've gotten good at hiding the extra weight but now I just need to get rid of it altogether!

Almost a year later, I am back. My wife has inspired me to get back on track and start losing with her.

Here is to a second try! This time I weight more...but I am motivated.

Dear Jeremy,

Thank you for your monthly payment. Your contribution without getting anything in return has helped several people have a better life. We have been able to purchase new equipment and done some other improvements as well. When you entered into this contract we looked forward to this partnership, we didn't anticipate it to be a donation, so thank you.

We love seeing your son come by weekly and have fun and learn about God and his relationship with Him is growing before our eyes. He is a wonderful young man. We miss seeing your amazing daughter as well, but we understand with her health concerns being in large groups of people are not in her best interest. We are praying for her health and hope to see her return as she gets older and better.

And, we are proud to say, we have been seeing more of your lovely wife. She is just a ray of sunshine with her huge smile in the early morning. She really is a gift, we all love her, but really, that shouldn't surprise you...what's not to love. I could go on and on and on and on about how we enjoy her visits...but we think you get the picture.

As much as we love your donation with out you collecting on the services offered, we would love for you to come see us a few times a week. Look at your schedule, your health, and your scale and get back to us.

Did we mention that your wife is wonderful and you are so very lucky to have her in your life? :)

Thanks,
Your YMCA

Jason said you've been working out a lot lately. Good for you! Jason's having a hard time getting motivated to workout. He hates running on the treadmill and of course he's not going to be running outside right now!

Keep working out, this will help your knees a lot. Plus both you and Kim doing it together helps motivate and what a great example you guys are setting for the kids.

Great work, keep it up! Throw a few hints out to your bother and get him motivated too emoticon

Hey you! Are you ready to kick some butt and get skinny with me? You better be...cuz this time it is for real! I love you and couldn't imagine not having you in my life and next to me through this journey.

I know can be a pain...but I am your pain (like when you are on the phone with your mom and I say what I think! I love you tons...and remember, at the end of the day, it is the four of us...don't let your folks or anyone else get you down. You have me, the kids, my folks, and Jason and Amy....when it comes to family...what more could you want.

I love you and I thank you for all that you do for me so I can continue to lose weight!

Love you,
Kim
