I am retired, I like to do home improvement repairs and to be outside. I had a heart attack in 1997 and quit smoking at that time. Over the next year I gained from 140 to 202. I had open heart surgery in 1999, and seemed to start gaining weight after that. I did start smoking again in 2005 and rapidly dropped back to 145 pounds, but I knew it wasn't a healthy option so I quit again in December 2006, but unfortunately... I gained all that weight back. I am looking for a healthier lifestyle ...

Eat more healthy
Drink more water

Personal Information:
I am retired, I like to tinker with things and work out in the yard when it is nicer. I like to play golf and fish, but I haven't been able to do this for a long time.
Other Information:
In the summer I like to ride my motorcycle, we take weekend rides to nice destinations with others who like to ride. I like to be able to get outside in the fresh air, winters are tough on me.
