New Year's Goals! 1) Stay under 1600 calories each day by tracking my food! 2) 200 sit-ups per day! 3) Track 168 miles this month! 4) Eat veggies 3x / week. 5) Listen to music 15 minutes per day. 6) Create a schedule. 7) 60 oz of water each day by tracking on a chart! 8) Lose 5 pounds this month!
