Cumbersome

I just got back from Hawaii, and I found there were so many things I wanted to do but the weight makes them difficult. Boogie boarding, kite surfing, surfing lessons, shopping : )

I realized that I am getting older an I've spent too much time being "big". I want to get to a normal weight so I can do the things I want to do.

Ultimate Weight Goal - 130 lbs


Kickstart goal- July 23 (birthday) - 180-185lbs. This is alot but I want to do it just to prove ...

FITNESS GOALS
Complete C25K and do recumbent bike on days not doing the C25K ( twice a week)

Begin the couch to 5K SLOWLY. I'm a heavy girl and I dont think my joints would be appreciative: )

As the weight comes off and attempting to jog is less dangerous, I will increase the couch to 5K intensity.
-I'd love to do the night run in Las Vegas or edge to edge half marathon in Tofino.

Weekly weigh in: THURSDAY MORNINGS


-1st goal - 10% body weight loss - 194lbs - by June 25.

2nd goal - -15 pounds from June 21 - July 31 - 5 week (40 days actually) challenge goal weight to achieve this goal is 179lbs. (Holiday time!) Transition to 10k trainer. Get pass to Bikram yoga and go minimum of 3 times a week. Runa minimum of 3 times a week.

3rd goal - complete the Good life 8k in under 50:50. (October 7) Would like weight to be 165 by this time.
- Register for kiteboarding lessons on November holiday

45 minutes of cardio on my recumbent bike or hot yoga on days i dont have Couch25K.

- After finishing C25K, continuing on with 10K training.

Eating heathy foods. Eat good fats and limit processed foods.
