My Program:
On January 11, 20113, I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. Needless to say this has change my entire way of life. I immediately threw out all wheat and any other products containing gluten. The next day I went shopping and only bought gluten free items. I now eat gluten-free foods. It's a challenge but doable.
Personal Information:
I live in Spokane, Washington - located in eastern Washington. It's about a 45 minute drive to the Idaho border.
