My Goals:
I have 12 weeks (summer break) before my life becomes hectic again. I am going to try and take off as much weight as I can before then and hopefully have the energy to continue going to the gym when school starts up. My first big goal is to see 199 on the scale. No more 200!
My Program:
To start, hit the gym 5-6 times per week; free weights with trainer 3x per week with 60 min cardio, other days 90 min cardio.
