Baby steps work the best.

Feel like I'm on a roller coster these days! Having trouble sticking with my diet.

I am making the change. One small change at a time, is better than no changes at all.

I saw on the Team Huddle that you need support - I don't know what you are struggling with, but I wanted to tell you to hang in there! Even little changes will result in a healthier you! Good luck and I hope things get better for you!

Hey, thanks for stopping by my page and saying hey! I did just join the group today, but I started the C25K program a couple weeks ago; I just ran the first day of Week 4 this morning. It was tough, but I am just SO amazed I could do it! Especially because my iPod quit out on me and I had to run without any music to motivate me. I never would have thought I could do it, especially not when I started Week 1, but here I am!

I'm sure you'll do great with this program! I have never considered myself a runner and frankly I never really even liked running, but this training program is making it so much easier.

So be sure to tell me all about your runs and how it's going! I would love to hear about it. Best of luck!

Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you. I will be popping in on the Weeks 1 - 3 training to help answer any questions that might pop up and to cheer you on to your goals! Be blessed! Be a runner!
