Thanks for stopping by my blog. I remember how hard it can be to get those steps in when you have a sedentary job. I am retired, so I can devote more time to walking. Believe it or not, I also step in place while I'm watching TV in the evening. And I have some DVD's that are geared towards walking that I do. At the gym I do the elpitical or the treadmill.
Hello hello! This is my check-in for today and the weekend.
I have tracked my breakfast, lunch and snack(s) thus far today. Dinner is an unknown, as DH and I have a Datenight every Friday, and we include a meal of some kind (usually restaurant) then a movie or board game or card game or something of the sort. Last week we did Greek, so maybe this week I can get Subway. :) Or, it might be an Indian kind of evening...
This weekend: Saturday: Clean bathrooms Sweep/mop floors Groceries DH's friend coming to visit, so he'll be entertained all day/evening
Make DH beef stew and chilli
Sunday: RUN 8 K-must map it, or will run 4k out and 4 back on trail with distance markers. :) Probably breakfast out (another ritual) laundry
Monday: Day off from work Run 5 k (am) put laundry away? see if textbooks come in for studying.
