Ozavize's Road
2011 is my year to take control of my weight. Eating right, exercising, getting more out of (and into) my life - those are my broad goals. But underlying it all, revamping my spiritual health, so I'm whole from the inside out. Update January 2011 Surgery was on 11th January. Happy new year me! Update April 2011 35lbs down. My waist is down by 4 inches, thighs by about the same amount each, neck down 1/2 an inch, hips about an inch (groan!). ...

My waist is down by 4 inches, thighs by about the same amount each, neck down 1/2 an inch, hips about an inch (groan!). Update June 2011 50lbs down. Waist down 6 inches, thighs 5 inches apiece, neck 1 inch, hips 2 inches. Update July 2012 85lbs down! It's taken almost a full year to lose 35lbs but it's so worth it.
