Hi and welcome to my Spark page! My name is Andreja, I'm 31 years old and I live in Slovenia. I started my weight loss journey a few years ago when I found Sparkpeople "by accident", and it has been a great experience! Now, both my husband and I are Spark enthusiasts. I have lost a considerable amount of weight already, and I'm not giving up despite the struggles. I am getting rid of the excess weight for good! At the same time I am aware that this is not just about losing weight - it's also about feeling better about myself and most of all, being healthy. And it is a lifelong journey!

Eating within my calorie range (depends on my exercise, but it's quite small because I'm only 5'2); burning 3000cals a week with the help of workout videos (Turbo Jam, dance workouts and strength training); striving towards an overall healthy lifestyle with as little stress as possible.

Life is busy at the moment so I might dissapear for a while - but I always come back!

Thank your for your comment on my blog. And thank you for reminding me that, yes we all have bad day, but it has to remain the exception. It doesn't matter how other treats me, if I let their bad manners dictate the way I react, I'm the loser. Changes begin with me.

Eat the damn chocolate cake, get your hair wet, love someone, dance in those muddy puddles,
tell someone off, draw a picture with crayons like you're still 6 years old and then give it to someone who is very important to you. Take a nap, go on vacation, do a
cartwheel, make your own recipe, dance like no one sees you,
paint each nail a different color, take a bubble bath, laugh at a corny joke.
Get on that table and dance, pick strawberries, take a jog, plant a garden,
make an ugly shirt and wear it all day, learn a new language, write a song,
date someone you wouldn't usually go for, make a scrap book, go on a picnic,
relax in the sun, make your own home video, kiss the un-kissed,
hug the un-hugged, love the unloved, and live your life to the fullest.
So at the end of the day, you'll have no regrets, no sorrows, & no disappointments
Remember ALL these to live YOUR life to the fullest!

I'm the kinda girl who sings in the shower, talks to animals like they are people,
packs way too much for a weekend trip, puts on a smile because people expect it,
holds back her feelings because she's been hurt too many times to count,
hates mornings but will get up for a cup of coffee,
acts tough but cries when she gets mad, says she isn't ticklish when she really is,
and wears her heart on her sleeve and hope no one rips it off and smashes it.
I'm the kind of girl that....trips on a wireless phone cord, chokes on air,
laughs out loud when its dead silent, pulls a door that says push,
walks into glass doors and always walks
up the down escalator wondering why its going so slow.
