Hi and welcome to my Spark page! My name is Andreja, I'm 29 years old and I live in Slovenia. I started my weight loss journey 2 years ago when I found Sparkpeople "by accident", and it has been a great experience! Now, both my husband and me are Spark enthusiasts. I have lost a considerable amount of weight already, and I'm not giving up. I am getting rid of the excess weight for good!

My Goals:
To get to a healthy weight, live a more active lifestyle and eat healthy; to lose and then maintain my weight with Sparkpeople. Also, to feel and look my best!

My Program:
Eating within my calorie range (depends on my exercise, but it's quite small because I'm only 5'2); burning 3000cals a week with the help of workout videos (Turbo Jam, dance workouts and strength training); striving towards an overall healthy lifestyle with as little stress as possible.

Personal Information:
I love reading (in different languages), Turbo Jam, walking... Currently I'm looking for a job and also considering working freelance as a translator / language teacher.

Other Information:
I'm participating in some challenges to help me stay on track. Spark friends give me so much energy and motivation, and I'm doing my best to give back!

emoticon Andreja! Think of healthy living as a career. Make goal setting a regular part of your life. Become a permanent participant in sustaining better lifestyle choices. Focus on one goal at a time to become a healthier you. Develop an action plan for each goal and finish what you start. Each positive change will lead you to better results. You CAN and WILL turn your GOALS into the results that you are striving for!
