One small step. . . . . leads to lots of pounds lost (hopefully)
Yesterday I reached a tipping point. I had to lay down on the bed to fit into my 'fat' jeans. I tried to blame the dryer but I know it's primarily me. So, I am going to do something about it. The thing is, I hate hate HATE going to the gym. My experiences there have been awful, so I am going to try to do this WITHOUT a gym (and, with luck, without having to buy a lot of equipment). I plan to walk. . . . a LOT. .. . . .
