My Program:
Count your calories! Calories are key, but strength training is a damn good key ring. Take small steps, and everything will go smoothly. Reward every little milestone, everything that's positive deserves a positive reaction. Nothing is as important as the self, don't punish yourself for messing up, just learn from your mistakes. The hardest thing to stick with for me, is drinking enough water. I found the best method is buying a 1.5 litre bottle and filling it at the beginning of everyday, keep it with you at all times, and constantly sip. Easy. Be proud of yourself!

I've changed a lot since the start of my spark journey, however I'm still a Silly little girl who loves Pandas and the colour pink.
