I thought I would check in and see how things are going. I upped my fitness minutes to 90 per week and 4000 burned. I don't know if I will make it but it's a new little mini goal I can try while I wait for the body to adjust and do it is supposed to do. How are things with you?
I am doing fine here. I have been keeping up with the exercising - the weight doesn't seem to be budging at the moment but the inches are and I am really happy about that! I see all the fitness minutes you are logging. are you training ??
I'm debating something. Is it better to target a calorie range or a minutes completed for an exercise bike routine? it seems to me that it is very easy to change how hard you are petalling without really noticing - unless of course you are staring down the timer like me - I'm thinking I may switch to however long it takes me to burn X calories....
