Mom of 2 needs to lose weight!

I need to lose some major baby weight, going all the way back to 2002! I've been pregnant 6 times and have 2 babies here on Earth. During each pregnancy I would gain 20+ lbs then never lose it. Finally with my last I had hyperimesis (sp?) and was puking the entire pregnancy. Add the hurling with being dx'd with Gestational Diabetes I ended up losing 30lbs that time! I felt good.

Sadly, during the first 10 months of my son's life I have gained back ALL the 30lbs I lost when I ...

Sadly, during the first 10 months of my son's life I have gained back ALL the 30lbs I lost when I was pregnant with him. I'm embarrassed and ashamed of myself. I'm tired of feeling bad about myself and not feeling sexy for my husband. Ready to lose some weight!

I list Ripped as circuit training (including boot camp videos) and though she says they are twenty minutes,I count the warm up and cool down and so the total fitness minutes are 35. I started JM videos with the 30 day shred and then Ripped. It seemed to progress naturally that way. The difficulty factor changes drastically week to week for sure. When I started Ripped, the first week was great and then the second week kicked my butt and then the third week I thought would bury me but I survived and now that I'm in the fourth week and can see the end in sight I'm just excited to be done. July for me will be a combo of no more trouble zones and banish fat boost metabolism...I'm excited! I'm also excited to see how it goes for you! I know you can do it. It's tough but if you stick with it and do the modified version when you get frustrated then you will see amazing results!
