Sorry I'm late replying to you! You had asked what my favorite spark recipe is. That's a toughie. The Mini Turkey Meatloaves were amazing. I really like the Maple Pecan Chicken recipe too. The Cherry Pomegranate Vinaigrette salad is delicious too, but I would pick the Banana Waffles as my favorite. Yep, that one is delicious. Thanks for the friend add. I did my first HM a year ago, mostly walking. I did my second HM this past spring, then joined the Galloway training group in the area. I didn't do a HM this fall because I thought I was going to be out of the country. I DID an 8K Thanksgiving and that was more running than walking.
This year (2012) I plan to try the Galloway run:walk intervals and chi running in order to stay healthy and keep my back pain from getting worse. 1946 days ago

Hey Hon!! No I haven't tried banana and soy milk. I've never even tried soy milk. My husband is the smoothie maker. He has us drinking smoothing, making fresh veggie juices and growing and drinking wheat grass. We never know what we're going to drink next... LOL 2001 days ago
