I am choosing to lose weight using weight watchers for a slower rate of loss versus the Atkins I had planned on. My long term lifestyle goal is still primal/paleo. I am choosing to lose weight using weight watchers for a slower rate of loss versus the Atkins I had planned on. My long term lifestyle goal is still primal/paleo. I have chronic illness and am disabled, so my fitness is going to be a challenge for me, but recently I have had to go into the family business (we own a resturant) and help out which is really testing my physical limits

My fitness plan will begin with meditation daily. Then, Yoga every weekday until I'm comfortable. After that, I'm going to begin walking daily again.

I am on tons of meds that cause weight gain but I've never been more determined in my life.

I will do this.

My Goals:
My first major goal is to hit 250.

My Program:
I was planning on doing strict Atkins induction.. but that's a little too much with everything I have going on.. Mentally I cant handle weight loss that fast. Im doing weight watchers classic plan (not the new points plus)
I can have 37 points per day. I may lower it a few points if I don't see any weight loss.

Personal Information:
22 year old female
From Florida
Single, No kids
but I have a wonderful family and lots of support.
I'm disabled by several chronic illnesses, and some mental health issues, but I'm trying to get well enough to just live my life.

Hey Sydney,
I just wanted to say welcome! I started with my weight around 300 and within 11 weeks I've lost 27lbs. Now if I can do it YOU DEFINATELY CAN! Everyone on SP is really supportive and helpful, and if you ever want help etc, just read my page/blog and email me. We're all in it together!
