Every CHOICE is important !

I should follow this advise:

"Never make someone a priority in your life
who makes you an option in theirs"

That means I need to make MYSELF a priority in my life, not just an optional part of my life. IF I want to be as healthy as I can be.

My Goals:
To accept God's love, to let myself believe God truly does love me unconditionally.

To make my learning a new better-for-me life-style a top priority in every moment of my life. Rather than a sometimes affair.

My Program:
I am in the process of learning "NEW" Healthy habits with the goal of their becoming my "Normal" Living habits. It may take the rest of my life to get my body to its natural weight. I prefer slow loss to my new forever weight rather than quick and having the battle of the bulge go on forever.

Personal Information:
I just LOVE old movies (40's and 50's especially) "Random Harvest" "Mr. Chips" "Pride and Prejudice" "Singin in the Rain"
AND how about the music!! BIg Band (Glenn Miller, the Dorseys) the singers: Frankie Laine, Perry Como, Billy Eckstine

Other Information:
I am an American with ancestors from other countries and ancestors who fought in the Revolutionary War (and other wars since). I live in the Northeast in one of the New England states, New Hampshire. I live in an old body (with a young soul), am retired, a widow, & have 3 middle-aged children(?).

Hi sister, how are you doing? I am doing alright.
Getting over a sinus infection. Trying to comfort Chris as well.
He lost his Uncle James on Wednesday.
His mom called and told us he was being taken off life support.
That was around 3 or 4pm EST. After 9 he called to tell me he passed.
Pray for him and his family especially James' two sons.
Thank you! Hope you are doing well. And you have a good night.
And a great Fourth of July Weekend. Your sister in Christ, Holly

You're way ahead of me on the U.S.A. I know the New England states, New York, Michigan and Pennsylvania fairly well, and have driven through Virginia, Kentucky, the Carolinas, and Georgia on the way to Florida. Have seen parts of Nevada, California and a bit of Arizona, as well as Montana, the Dakotas and Wisconsin, but the middle of the country and the north-west are big unknowns. We took the Alaska ferry from Prince Rupert, B.C. to Ketchikan, Alaska and back once.

We love driving holidays, maybe better than any other kind, and hope to go to Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and Colorado next year, either driving from here or flying to a central point and renting a car. Trouble is, there aren't enough years left to do all the trips we'd like to do.

It was so great to see your name pop up in my email! :D

I actually just donated 4 boxes worth of yarn (no clue where my mom ended up taking them, I just know they're gone.) I also have two boxes worth ready to go over to a friend.... somehow I'm still up to my eyeballs in it, and I've only purchased a few skeins here and there over the past couple years... gotta get to knitting! I've been trying to catalog it all, but every time I think I'm done, I discover another basket, or a half finished project...

I believe the team is still open for joining... I can ask to have the leader add you if you'd like to join!
