Hello friends............. I use to be one of the people everyone hated - I could eat anything and never gain weight. Then I got old and stopped smoking. On December 26, 2003 when I stopped smoking I weighed 116 (thats dressed including shoes because I weigh at work). I am now up to 142 and I'm not happy with myself at all. Part of the problem was the typical stopped smoking weight gain. Plus I also have gone through menopause over the past couple of years (I told you I was old!) not to mention a really rough divorce. I know my weight gain is making me depressed and has really lowered my self esteem. Although I think getting back down to 116 with clothes is probably too thin (people use to think I had an eating disorder when I didn't) I do want to get back into the low 120's.

My Goals:
To get my weight back into the low 120's.
Start excerising daily at least a little.
Just be a better person all the way around.
Personal Information:
Like most of you know I live in Ohio. Its a VERY small town where everyone knows everyone.
I have a son who will be 22 in April and he is THE most important thing in my life. I look at him and see the one thing I can honestly feel that I did right.
