Thanks for the comment on my blog post! We look like we're about the same start and goal so I added you as a friend, making it easier to touch base with you. Looks like you're new to SP too!

Have you just started with Alli, or used it a while? I don't know anyone who's used it or if it's effective. Any thoughts?
