My Goals:
achieve increased fitness (this will result in a healthier percent lean muscle/fat)
My Program:
Right now, I am in the Couch to 5K program. This is not so much because I want to be "a runner" as that I want to rapidly achieve better aerobic fitness. I am also tracking my food (goal is 90% of the time).
Other Information:
I am a woman married to a supportive husband. I am inspired by the successes and struggles and coping techniques I've seen here!
