Hi! Thanks for your comments about my post - I'm glad you found it useful. I know what it feels like to be stuck in a place you don't want to be, and I empathize with anyone in that situation. But it's definitely possible to move forward. It takes some work to learn how to "kick the hamsters off the wheel," but it gets easier!
You have done an awesome job at reaching your weight-loss goals! I know you can do anything you put your mind to!
Girl I have so missed you! It is so awsome to see you! Still running I hope! I have my first HM on the books for November, it seems like yesterday that you and I started running! Spark mail me catch me up! You are looking GREAT! Luv ya! 1083 days ago
Hey. I've been gone a while, but I need to get back here and lose some of the weight that I've put back on since my son was born. I've gained back around 15 pounds in the last 10 months. Back above 200. :(
Anyway, I was just stopping by to see if you were still around, and it looks like maybe you've been away for a couple months.
I hope you're doing well. I'm very happy for you and what you accomplished. It can be so hard to maintain. I hope you're doing well keeping it off. If you're ever around, stop by my page and leave me a note, I'd love to hear how you're doing!
How are you doing? You have had amazing progress...so much more dedicated than I have been!
Are you up for a 5k with me? There is a great women's-only one in September at Minnehaha Falls. I did it last year and loved it, all fitness levels participate and the shirt was cute (if you are more dedicated, there is a 10 mile option...I opted for the 5k). Here is the link I'd you are interested: http://www.womenrunthecities.com
No worries if it doesn't sound good! I thought it would be fun to meet up with a couple of local sparkfriends sometime. Another race another time! Or, maybe we could meet for lunch or a walk around a lake.
