I'm ready to lose the weight!!!!!!!!

I have been with sparks over two and half years. I have loss the same pounds over and over. I have learned so much from the site. I don't feel like a complete failure. The weight is still here but my clothes are losser and my stamia is much better. So I do see some improvement. I have also made some wonderful new friends. So I will do better this year.

From the South-Married 43 years- Three grown son and three daughter-in-laws. Six grandchildren. We take care my parents who are 88 years old and a Aunt in the nursing home.
