Hi, Laura! Welcome to SparkPeople. Wow, how exciting -- and what a compliment -- to know that I inspired someone. I'm glad you're enjoying SparkPeople. I think it's awesome! For the first time ever, I really feel that I'm being given the tools and the knowledge to get my weight off and keep it off. Like you, I lost 37 pounds on WW, but gained it all back, plus some. I think my problem with WW is that it focused too much on just the dieting aspect. For me, it's got to be a total lifestyle change with healthier food choices and regular exercise.
