My Goals:
My goal isn't only to lose a few extra pounds, but to get fit. To me, "Fit" means to be toned, feeling healthy, and confident in clothes (and maybe a bikini one of these days)!
My Program:
To meet my goals, I have started back with Jenny Craig (only because my work schedule hinders me from making good choices on the run). I also have committed to taking my dog outside of the boundaries of my yard for walks...this will improve my health as well as hers.
Personal Information:
I am originally from southern California and moved to OK approximately 8 years ago to pursue my graduate degrees. I met my boyfriend Zack over three years ago and decided to stay in OK. I love my job working for Target Corporation and really enjoy living in the Piedmont, OK area.
