Short term Goals:
Week #1 Drink 8 glasses of water each day.
Walk 6 miles per week on the treadmill/road
1 hour of water aerobics x 2 times this week.
30 day plan is to be consistant with meals/water and exercise.


My Program:
I want to walk on the treadmill and go to water aerobics.
Eating clean is my goal and keeping white starch and sugar out of my diet.

The scale is only a guide. If you stayed within your calorie range, you did not deposit any new fat on your body. Tell yourself that the scale can sometimes hold on to extra water, leading you to think that you are not making any progress. Before you go to bed, pat yourself on the back and tell yourself, "I stayed within my calorie range today; therefore I did not gain any fat." Tell yourself that and stay on plan.

Had a lovely weekend other than I did something to one of my knees and having pain so not walking a lot. Letting it try to heal but will need to get back to exercising soon. Will go to the gym and go into the pool, maybe the heated pool with the jets too. We had a small plot to get some veggies planted and turned out well. still have a few stragglers to pick yet. The yard here is really huge, as this place has a lot of acreage, and all grass and some trees. We don't need to cut, we have lawn service here in the summer and snow removal in the winter. For fall I have put some fall decorations up in our place. We will do some decorating for Halloween on the deck but not yet. Hope you have a wonderful week coming up.

Hey there, Dee! Well,I haven't had much chance to do anything but wrangle kids the last few days! But today I got in a good 4 mile speed walk. Very happy with that. I've gotten better with the water too! It's easy to forget to drink water. My trips to the bathroom, though, assure I'm getting plenty. ;-)

I'm hoping Saturday will show some good numbers. I was disappointed last week. Gotta keep working on it!

Dinner is chicken and veggies for me. :) I am starting another whole 30, so grains are out for me...
I think you will be walking circles around me on fitbit, lol. But it will be motivating! You and my fried Krystyl need to connect on fitbit... she would motivate you and vice versa...
