The scale is only a guide. If you stayed within your calorie range, you did not deposit any new fat on your body. Tell yourself that the scale can sometimes hold on to extra water, leading you to think that you are not making any progress. Before you go to bed, pat yourself on the back and tell yourself, "I stayed within my calorie range today; therefore I did not gain any fat." Tell yourself that and stay on plan.

I just saw your comment on my spark page. How wonderful for you to be working again on your gardening! Wow! Lots of work to do! But that is what makes you happy and keeps you healthy! Wonderful job working on yourself! Keep pushing and don't let anything get you down! You are an inspiration to me! Keep pushing! emoticon emoticon emoticon

It was so great to see your comment--I love catching up with whats happening in our lives with you! It's finally getting warmer here in Wisconsin too, against all odds =)

You have started your planting, so your on top of things. And glad to hear you have laying hens again. What did you do with your old hens, eat them? I think I will eat my old ones. It bothers my daughter, but that's what ppl do, isn't it?

My soil is turned, and I have some compost mixed in, but no seeds in the ground yet. Of course this is just a plot in the community garden so it won't be such a big hard planting. Although my farm is feeling closer and closer, now that I'm soon to graduate...

I'm at school right now, and one of my summer classes is public speaking. I just finished the first speech and I'm feeling kind of stoked because about half the class told me that mine was the best speech. Wow. I was so nervous but they said it didn't show.

Talk to you soon!

Hi Dee. I just saw your comment on my spark page from 4/12. I am sorry that I did not respond. I have not been on Spark for awhile. I was down for a bit and then our van was messed up and I could not leave the house for awhile. ( We do not have internet in our home). But I am back! Glad to hear that you are still running. That is awesome! Water aerobics is great for you too! Keep it up. You rock! Miss you! emoticon

I am up at my Mom's in WA, and feasting my eyes on all the green! Loving her garden as always, it makes me think of you.
I will have to try the cauli crust for pizza, Dr has ordered gluten free, possibly grain free depending on how things go. Just dropping wheat has made a big difference on how I feel. Eating at home has been no problem, but it is amazing how limited choices can be while travelling. We drove up here this time, it's a 20 hour trip so we break it into 2 days. I was glad to get here so I could have better choices. :) is that crust a SP recipe?
Have an awesome day!!!!
