Short term Goals: Week #1 Drink 8 glasses of water each day. Walk 6 miles per week on the treadmill/road 1 hour of water aerobics x 2 times this week. 30 day plan is to be consistant with meals/water and exercise.
I want to walk on the treadmill and go to water aerobics. Eating clean is my goal and keeping white starch and sugar out of my diet.

Sharing a quote: The scale is only a guide. If you stayed within your calorie range, you did not deposit any new fat on your body. Tell yourself that the scale can sometimes hold on to extra water, leading you to think that you are not making any progress. Before you go to bed, pat yourself on the back and tell yourself, "I stayed within my calorie range today; therefore I did not gain any fat." Tell yourself that and stay on plan.
I am excited (and a bit apprehensive) to be back... working on feeling like a healthy person again. It's been a crazy busy summer, but now the big kids are back at college/school/work. We started our homeschool this week, and I can say it's going well the whole 2 days we have in.
I have tomatoes in the garage that need to be froze or canned, beans in the garden to pick, beans in the fridge snipped and ready to do something with, kids to teach, meal planning to accomplish, etc etc etc. Sigh. But working on tackling one thing at a time. Wish me luck!!!
Thanks for stopping by my blog, much appreciated Dee. You have been busy with the garden. I made chili yesterday and used fresh tomatoes from our garden plot ---was very good --enough left for another meal and that should even be better after it melds together in the refrige. Plan on making some of the cucumbers sliced and sit in onion and vinegar/oil and spices maybe Sunday. Have a nice Labor day Dee. By the way how are the twin girls doing?
