Short Term Goals: Water...plenty of it. Sleep...plenty of that also. Get out and do some walking as you have a desk job. 30 Day Goal: Eat Clean each day this month. Be aware of those who Sabotage my healthy eating.
30 day plan is to be consistent with meals/water and exercise.

Sharing a quote: The scale is only a guide. If you stayed within your calorie range, you did not deposit any new fat on your body. Tell yourself that the scale can sometimes hold on to extra water, leading you to think that you are not making any progress. Before you go to bed, pat yourself on the back and tell yourself, "I stayed within my calorie range today; therefore I did not gain any fat." Tell yourself that and stay on plan.
Congrats on the new grands! Grandkids are wonderful. You get to spoil them, send them home yearning to return to you. They get to choose what grand name they will call you. Have a wonderful time crocheting this is just the beginning. Hugs. Edith
