Short term Goals:
Week #1 Drink 8 glasses of water each day.
Walk 6 miles per week on the treadmill/road
1 hour of water aerobics x 2 times this week.
30 day plan is to be consistant with meals/water and exercise.


My Program:
I want to walk on the treadmill and go to water aerobics.
Eating clean is my goal and keeping white starch and sugar out of my diet.

The scale is only a guide. If you stayed within your calorie range, you did not deposit any new fat on your body. Tell yourself that the scale can sometimes hold on to extra water, leading you to think that you are not making any progress. Before you go to bed, pat yourself on the back and tell yourself, "I stayed within my calorie range today; therefore I did not gain any fat." Tell yourself that and stay on plan.

I do remember when we were doing a remodel of kitchen, bathroom and play room in the basement--what a real mess with three projects at once. My hubby and his day did a lot of the work. We did have plumber for the sinks and someone doing all the new tile in the bathroom--but it was rough for about week. My e-mail is Fran0426@yahoo,com Sure glad the both of you are doing better now.
My hubby said it was windy when he took his walk today with our 80 year old neighbor friend here in the building. He tries to get him out many times a week, unless one or the other has something going on. This fellow had a stroke B/4 we moved in and doesn't trust walking by himself, and Jim enjoy getting out walking so it works out great. He and his wife are real kind and loving people. Anyway we needed to get to the store, we went about 1, the wind wasn't to bad then---that could change on a dime quickly again.

Thanks for your nice compliment on my picture. That day was special for us. We scheduled a photographer, but it was very challenging because my husband was using crutches due to health issues. Glad we did it to celebrate our long journey together. :)
