Short Term Goals: Water...plenty of it. Sleep...plenty of that also. Get out and do some walking as you have a desk job. 30 Day Goal: Eat Clean each day this month. Be aware of those who Sabotage my healthy eating.

Sharing a quote: The scale is only a guide. If you stayed within your calorie range, you did not deposit any new fat on your body. Tell yourself that the scale can sometimes hold on to extra water, leading you to think that you are not making any progress. Before you go to bed, pat yourself on the back and tell yourself, "I stayed within my calorie range today; therefore I did not gain any fat." Tell yourself that and stay on plan.
Hello Dee! Thank you for sharing your story with me. Like you, I had lost 40 lbs and have since gained 30 of them back. So here I start again. Congratulations to you on your great success of losing 30 lbs! I know you must feel so so much better :-)
Yesterday, I had inadvertently switched the numbers when I was recording my fitness. I did not run 10 miles! However, I did walk 2 :-) I'm still trying to figure all of this out. I have deleted the feed and the 25 Mile Trophy from my feed. Hopefully, I will not make that silly mistake again.
I take it you plan on leaving Mn. when you retire. Yes there is so many reports of where is the best, worst states to retire out there, with same states being on both lists. Makes one wonder what their perspective is for such vast difference of making both lists----confusing.
