The scale is only a guide. If you stayed within your calorie range, you did not deposit any new fat on your body. Tell yourself that the scale can sometimes hold on to extra water, leading you to think that you are not making any progress. Before you go to bed, pat yourself on the back and tell yourself, "I stayed within my calorie range today; therefore I did not gain any fat." Tell yourself that and stay on plan.

I think when we went to Lake Itasca we went through park rapids. Pretty part of the state. Have fun today.

Thanks for the goodie! Things are going well. I am back on the losing side, off the plateau. Doing green smoothies, and whole 30ish meals. Getting ready to head up to my Mom's at the end of the month to be there while my sister gets a much needed vacation.

Dee, we fell in love with this area since we came down the end of Dec. We gave ourselves to months to see if we would really want to live here, then chose one up for sale and put a holding fee down. We will fly back in April to sell, give away what we can't bring--kids having first choice of anything. We will have ownership April 1st. Will move our what we have with us over shortly after. We leave our car here and fly that way we won't need to haul that back along with a truck with what comes down. Someone has already put money down on our place in Mn. and will move in May. So for April we will have three places--Mn. co-operative, the place we are buying and the one will have rented through April. Finding the only thing more expensive here in Tx. is car insurance,and by quite a bit.
