Short Term Goals: Water...plenty of it. Sleep...plenty of that also. Get out and do some walking as you have a desk job. 30 Day Goal: Eat Clean each day this month. Be aware of those who Sabotage my healthy eating.
30 day plan is to be consistent with meals/water and exercise.

Tell yourself that the scale can sometimes hold on to extra water, leading you to think that you are not making any progress. Before you go to bed, pat yourself on the back and tell yourself, "I stayed within my calorie range today; therefore I did not gain any fat." Tell yourself that and stay on plan.
Morning Dee, hope it wasn't too hot wedding out in the garden this morning. A nice breeze here, coming in with windows open and AC turned off. That we are enjoying for now. However, the 90's and humidity will be coming back in soon according to the weatherman .So the newest grand baby will be arriving soon, must all be getting excited.
Good morning Dee. Talked with my hubby a short time ago, he had therapy and assessment done this morning. Hoping he can get a short nap in this afternoon before I show up---I am a strong believer that naps are needed when recovering form surgery or illness.
