The next 30 is coming off!!!

After many distractions, I am back and happy to be back. I realized over the last several months that I truly need daily exercise for my mental outlook. It truly is like a dose of feel good medicine. The clouds are breaking, the weather is warming and I am so so happy. Just went for my first outdoor run in awhile. It felt very good.

In December of 2012 I joined Spark People to become more athletic and lose weight along the way. I will say I did reach my athletic goal and lost 30lbs ...

Now it is time to get the next 30 done. My body has changed and I still want it to change some more but I am enjoying the positive body image, the confidence and just being me. I can't wait to see what I will feel like and be able to conquer with 30 more lbs off and a 10K under my belt.

Thanks for checking on me! I'm great. I'm still using Myfitnesspal on my phone and it's working out well. I'm making progress and lost 1.6lbs this week. Happy girl! How are you doing?
