My Goals:
I want to lose my double chin!

My Program:
Back in 1993, I found out I had Hypo-glycemia and I really stuck to that diet:I lost 74lbs! I've put weight back on with 2 more pregnancies and NOT eating right and NOT exercising. I can do this, if I have support and motivation! I'm an emotional eater also : ( when depressed I stuff, so I try to stay happy.

Personal Information:
Married for 19 years; Two sons 18 and 16 and two daughters 14 and 13.

The 1996 pic is one of my favorites. It was taken after I lost all the weight and I was at my smallest size E V E R! (Size 8 and 135lbs). I may not look that young again, but getting the weight off will be a plus!

I was checking back Friend, to see how you are doing and I hope you are signing into Sparkpeople every single day. I've been coming here for 149 days now, so I'm thrilled with how I've improved.

As usual, it’s Friday afternoon and I’m scheming up something fun to do for the weekend. I wanted to sign on one more time though and wish you a happy weekend!

Remember, we must break this journey down into baby steps. We’ve been making healthy choices, one bite at a time. The time has gone by quickly don’t you think? This way of eating has almost become habitual. (With a craving here and there of course.)

As we end February, let’s “March” forward, never looking back! Make this month a month of green, as in lettuce of all kinds, green beans, green limas, asparagus (yuck), broccoli, brussel sprouts, and lots of money. Just checking to see if you were paying attention. Who knows, maybe this will be a lucky month and we’ll not only lose weight, but we’ll strike it rich too!

Good afternoon, I saw in the huddle where you needed support. Well here I am, Wonderwoman to save the day. Well, not quite WW, but I'm here anyway. How are you doing now, this afternoon? Did you drink your water? what about tracking your food?
I just want to encourage you to NOT give up and to hand in there. You can do it!!!! We are all in this together, so listen to what Miss Stephanie said and give yourself a great BIG hug.
