Ostriches.

Late twenties, unmarried, no cat. (Apartment rules, not lifestyle choice!) Trying to lose some weight and be more active.

This will probably be hindered as I start the journey of law school and find my exercise options limited to lugging giant books around the law building! Still, I'm going to try to keep up the good habits I've been building over the summer!

My Goals:
1. Drink 8 cups of water a day (no excuses)! Keep this up until it's natural and not something I'm constantly reminding myself to do!
2. Run a 5k, someday. Probably this fall, even!
3. Lose weight (obviously)! I'm about five pounds from my small goal (10 pounds lost), and about 20 pounds from my intermediate goal (25 pounds lost). Watch my ticker to see how it goes!
4. Work out even while I'm in law school!

My Program:
1. Tracking my water and food intake.
2. Tracking my exercise:
a. Wii Fit everyday!
b. C25K training every other day!

Other Information:
