    Jillian Michael (from the biggest loser) has a dvd called the 30 day shred. It's 3 workouts on the dvd ranging from level 1-3. Most people do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days, and level 3 for 10 days totaling 30 days. I'm on level 1 and it really works me out good. The jumping jacks, the push-ups (that I'm still learning to do), the sit-ups...it all works you out good. I'm sore this morning but I believe it's gonna pay off. I plan on sticking with level 1 though.
