one small lifestyle change at a time

1st change: replace fried and fatty processed foods with lean meats and lowfat dairy -started three years ago

Give my body the water it wants - started two and a half years ago

Replace lowfat dairy with fat free dairy and omega three meats -Started two years ago

Eat whole grains instead of white processed grains -Started 1 year ago

Eat 3 servings of fruit and 3 servings of vegetable each day - Started 2 months ago

My Goals:

I don't care if my weight doesn't go down. I'm on the high end for my weight but NOT overweight....I just want the nutrition needed to have the energy to manage my regular life PLUS energy and motivation and time to workout,,, That's why I'm really here.

My Program:
I have yoyoed on watching what I eat eversince I started trying 3 years ago... I'm starting to get better by adding 1 small change at a time that I don't let myself lose even when I'm rebelling. Over the past 3 years I've added enough small changes I'm finding I WANT to eat mostly good foods now, but I still don't always have the energy to excercise and I'm still getting burned out easily

Other Information:
I'm here for help and motivation. I know a lot after 3 years of trying to turn into a health nut but I don't always have the motivation to do what I know and I'm trying to convert from just eating healthy to being an athlete but time is a problem and motivation is a bigger problem.
