Getting it together for the long haul
I'm in the 60+ age range. I've wrestled with my weight since I was a chubby baby. Cooking and eating are my extended family's favorite entertainment and I am the ace baker. I have managed with some ups and downs to keep to a healthy weight. I have about 7 stubborn pounds to trim to reach my goal and I also want to strengthen. I have managed with some ups and downs to keep to a healthy weight. I have about 7 stubborn pounds to trim to reach my goal and I also want to strengthen. Aerobics, dancing, skiing, hiking, bicycling and gardening are my favorite activities. I am retired and take care of my 93 year old parents who live in their own home. I also hang out with my 4 grand daughters whenever possible.
