How bad to you want it?
I want it pretty bad, I've lost 50 lbs already through Weightwatchers, but I've been carrying around these last 20 lbs for about 6th months, and I haven't really been able to get over my self imposed plateau. I've been on weightwatchers for 2 years, and still atend meetings and online - I have a great board on WW online. I knew I needed to kick it up a notch, when a WW member suggested spark people to track my macronutrients, to see where my calories were really going - also track the nutrients ...

I've been on weightwatchers for 2 years, and still atend meetings and online - I have a great board on WW online. I knew I needed to kick it up a notch, when a WW member suggested spark people to track my macronutrients, to see where my calories were really going - also track the nutrients I am getting. I thought I'd give it a whirl. This week I used it to plan my weeks meals in advance, printed them, shopped using the plan and now using it to track the week, I think If I can do this for 3 weeks I'll have been successful at forming a habit. Mixing it up helps keep the weight loss journey interesting!

My Goals:
I have a 20 lb goal by my husband's birthday in July. I have a 5lb goal by my birthday at the end of March.
Secret goal - is that I've been telling myself that once I recah goal weight we'll start a family, truth is that I think that by losing the weight I'll can be a good role model, I'll have learned good skills that can transfer to parenting.
My Program:
Planning in advance for success, accountability through daily tracking, making the effort to become strong both physically as well as emptionally and mentally.
