How bad to you want it?

I want it pretty bad, I've lost 50 lbs already through Weightwatchers, but I've been carrying around these last 20 lbs for about 6th months, and I haven't really been able to get over my self imposed plateau. I've been on weightwatchers for 2 years, and still atend meetings and online - I have a great board on WW online. I knew I needed to kick it up a notch, when a WW member suggested spark people to track my macronutrients, to see where my calories were really going - also track the nutrients ...

I knew I needed to kick it up a notch, when a WW member suggested spark people to track my macronutrients, to see where my calories were really going - also track the nutrients I am getting. I thought I'd give it a whirl. This week I used it to plan my weeks meals in advance, printed them, shopped using the plan and now using it to track the week, I think If I can do this for 3 weeks I'll have been successful at forming a habit. Mixing it up helps keep the weight loss journey interesting!

Hello Aussie,
Welcome to the Expats Team! If you are living in the US, I can imagine that it's difficult to keep your weight down!
I say that because I'm an American, and I know that being overweight is quite chronic there.
I live in France now and have for the past 18 years.

Come on in and join us! We live all over the world and have a lady who is Australian but lives in Germany.
Anyway, we all support each other and chat a lot, but we do get things done!

Best to you and good luck with your program,
Dedene from France
