My Goals:
I'm starting Monday the 23rd on my nutrition counter. I will keep track of what I eat.My goal is to lose in increments of 5 pounds at a time, I will focus only on that and nothing more. Then When I get to the next, I'll focus on that 5 pounds..and so on..I want to lose 50 pounds.
