My Goals:
1. Lose 50 pounds. STG 2. Become fit enough to go hiking in Colorado this summer. 3. Lower my risk of diabetes. 4. Lower my blood pressure. 5. Enter a Sprint Triathlon. 6. Lose 140 pounds. LTG
My Program:
1. Eating a diet based on the SuperFood RX 2. Alternate between using Walk Away the Pounds videos and Slim in 6 videos. 3. Workout between 5 and 6 days per week for 45 to 60 minutes. 4. Drink at least 80 ounces of water daily.
