Healthy and Fit!

I was super skinny as a child and throughout High school as a product of being on Ritalin, when I turned 18 and stopped taking it I instantly gained weight. I'm the largest I've ever been right now and carry it all in my middle. I have been asked if I was expecting about 30 times in the past year (from complete strangers!! really???) and I'm sick of it. I've been in my relationship for almost 2 years now and have gained 40 pounds since we've met and need to loose it. I decided I don't really overeat however I think I had some Portion Distortion! I have a sedentary job in a call center and am not that active, but with Summer just around the corner my weekends are becoming more outdoor friendly and I'm more motivated than ever. I'm reintroducing myself to start fresh and new.

My Goals:
05/19/11
Main Goal:
I want to loose about 20 lbs in the next 2 months (2 lbs a week).
Mini Goal:
Wake up and GET UP before 10AM
(I know shocking isn't it).
2nd Mini Goal:
Work out 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week
3rd Mini Goal:
Do something active with Bryan every weekend.

My Program:
I plan on achieving my goals by using my resistance bands and home equipment every morning.I am going to continue keeping track of the foods I eat and watch my portions. I am going to start eating less carbs, mashed potatoes are my weakness, and more fruits and vegetables.

Personal Information:
I grew up in Portland, OR but moved to Utah about 8 years ago to be closer to my Grandmother.

Thanks for your comment on my photo. The top I was wearing was made out of a bandana and rawhide. I think I'd need at least 2 bandanas nowdays!

Yes, the Ruffled Rhumba skirt tutorial has all the info you need. The width for the skirt is just however it comes on the bolt-- somewhere between 42-45 inches. I've made skirts sizes 2T- 8 and the width is fine for all of them. Then you just measure the length for the individual child.
