never enough
all my life, i've wished and dreamed to be "the perfect weight". a lot of people, including myself years ago, would be very happy at my current weight.
i am closer to some kinda goal than ever before in my life.
i wonder if i will ever really feel i've finally reached it, even if i weighed 90lbs!
currently, i am not happy w/ myself.
~i know i have an eating/drinking disorder too.
my highest weight was 240 in 2001.

i've been working out at a health spa about 5 days per week for about 6 years now! i've seen many good changes.
~but i still feel i'm too big.
i'm 5'6". i hope to be happy w/ a goal weight of 135.
my husband is wonderful!
he fell in love w/ me back in 2001 when i was over 200lbs. but now, he treasures & enjoys my leaner/healthier body every day!
~my husband slides his hands over my body like i thought only a thin person desirves.

i work out and walk a lot!
~hours a day if i can.
and i try to eat like a bird.
Personal Information:
if i was really as fat as i felt, i'd still have a hard time tying my shoes.

i often feel like one of the luckiest (poor) women in the world.
